Hotel Reservations
The Conference has at greatly discounted prices reserved a limited number of rooms at the venue of the Conference, the exclusive Grand Hyatt Hotel, centrally located on 42nd Street right next to Grand Central Station.
Because the Conference is scheduled during the pre-Holiday Season, when New York City hotels are usually fully booked at peak prices, we strongly recommend early reservations.  Reservations should be made directly with the hotel, indicating your participation in the Conference, even if you arrive a few days early and/or stay a few days beyond the conference.  Reservations will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis  Once the assigned contingent of rooms has been booked, additional rooms may only be available at regular rates or not at all.
